1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TM RustPlus (“Service”), including the website at tmrustplus.tillzmatt.onlineand the associated Discord bot. The Service is operated by TM RustPlus (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Australia.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Description of Service

TM RustPlus provides a Discord bot that integrates with the Rust game’s companion app (Rust+) to relay notifications, team chat, server information, and in-game controls to Discord channels. The Service includes a web dashboard for managing your servers, pairing settings, and subscription.

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Facepunch Studios, the developers of Rust.

4. Account and Access

Access to the Service requires authentication via Discord OAuth and optionally Steam. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for all activity that occurs under your account on the Service.

You must not share your account access or use the Service in a way that allows others to bypass subscription requirements.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until that date. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 14 days’ notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). For major failures with the Service, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify rights you may have under any applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
• Use the Service to send unsolicited messages or spam
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass any access controls or rate limits
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, overburden, or impair its availability
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with and relies upon third-party services including Discord, Steam (Valve Corporation), Facepunch Studios (Rust+), Stripe (payments), and Expo (push notifications). Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that notifications will be delivered in real time. Game updates or changes by Facepunch Studios may affect or break functionality.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to other users or the Service. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. On termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
